Garlic Back Bacon


Amazing back bacon dry cured with our garlic cure then hot smoked and air dried.

The loin is hot-smoked for up to 5 hours using our special blend of locally sourced hickory and cherry wood to infuse a subtle yet gorgeous smokiness to the bacon.

Each packet contains 200g of our awesome bacon, which is usually about 5 to 8 rashers. Each joint of pork is different in shape and size. So is our bacon. We never use a meat press to make uniform shaped bacon like supermarkets do. You’ll still receive over 200g of bacon no matter the size or shape.
